My husband’s employer is paying for this plan but needs statements every month so he can get reimbursed. Ms. Tina is always prompt to send me the document I need every month. She is personable, knowledgeable and very helpful each and every time I call. She makes sure that I understand our plan, and is ready to switch us to a better plan, should there be one. She always responds to my emails and calls in a timely manner and is very concerned that I get good service. I once had an issue with a rude receptionist and when I told Ms. Tina about it, it was quickly resolved. The next time I called and thereafter, I was treated with respect and I know it was due to Ms. Tina’s actions. I enjoy talking with Ms. Tina because she is so bubbly and makes me enjoy the rest of my day. I only wish all could be like her.
